On behalf of the children, staff, and Board of Management, I would like to warmly welcome you to the Ravenswell Primary School website. I encourage you to visit regularly to stay updated on the many learning opportunities, events, and activities that take place throughout the school year.
At Ravenswell Primary School, we strive to create a happy, caring, and welcoming environment where every child feels safe, valued, and supported. At the heart of all we do is one simple aim: that every child feels happy, safe, and motivated to come to school each day, ready to learn and grow.
We are also very fortunate to teach and learn in a state-of-the-art new school building, designed to support modern teaching approaches and provide an inspiring and comfortable space for our pupils and staff.
I am immensely proud of the work being done in our school each day. The heartbeat of this great work is our dedicated, friendly, and hardworking staff. Their professionalism, warmth, and collaborative spirit ensure that every child receives a high-quality education in a nurturing and respectful atmosphere. Their enthusiasm and care make Ravenswell a truly special place to learn and work.
Thank you for visiting our website. We hope it gives you a sense of what makes Ravenswell Primary School such a positive and inspiring place.

“This school received a grant in 2021 to implement initiatives aimed at addressing the digital divide and support our learners at risk of educational disadvantage as a consequence, as part of the Irish National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP) a project under the Recovery and Resilience Facility funded by the European Union through NextGenerationEU. This funding was used to purchase class sets of Chromebooks, teaching laptops and Interactive Whiteboards for classrooms.
